Preschool Young 4’s
Children with summer birthdays or who will turn 4 by December 31
- Class Ratio: 2 teachers to max 11 Children
- Days Offered: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- Children attend 3 days a week – 9 to noon
- Must be potty trained
- Children in this class will move to 4 or 5 Day PreK the following year
Learning Goals & Experiences
- This classroom is typically the next step for T/TH young 3’s or for students not ready for the length and complexity of attention needed to successfully navigate PreK. This class acts as a safety net for children who need a little bit more time to practice and master skills needed for PreK and beyond.
- Skills in this classroom match those of the MWF 3 & 4’s classes. The pace of learning may be a bit quicker, depending on each child’s mastery of skills. When students show readiness to move forward, they will be gently guided into more complex activities at a developmentally appropriate pace. Children will be thoughtfully and age-appropriately challenged to nurture curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
Requirements
Students that are in this classroom must turn 4 by December 31st of the year they are attending. They must be 100% potty trained.

- 2-Pay August & January = $1172
- 4-Pay August, October, January & March = $586
- 8-Pay August through November/January through April = $293
